- How AI is used
- For each document, give its name, its date, and the term it states about fees, duration, or restraints. Do not say a document is missing and do not compare the term to a statutory fee.
- What the lawyer must review
- You check the summary against the documents. No admission-contract or retirement-community statute was opened. If a document describes a physical or chemical restraint in a facility covered by 42 CFR § 483.12, that section forbids restraints imposed for discipline or convenience and, when a restraint is indicated, requires the least restrictive alternative for the least time and a documented re-evaluation. You decide whether the facility is covered. Model Rule 1.4(b) and Formal Opinion 512 apply to the summary. A fee figure comes only from the document.
