Mark which guardianship categories are already in the file
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Against the category list the lawyer writes, mark each category present or absent and name the document if it is present. Do not add a category and do not write an application.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide what the application needs. No tribunal practice direction was opened. Model Rule 3.3 applies if you later tell a court a document is in the filing. Formal Opinion 512 and Comment 8 to Rule 1.1 govern the use of a tool to sort the file. An absent category is a gap for you to discuss with the client under Model Rule 1.4(b). It is not a ground of refusal.
