Order the documents for a guardianship filing

How AI is used
In the order the lawyer sets, list each document the lawyer says the filing needs, and mark whether it is in the file. Do not write an application.
What the lawyer must review
You write the application. No guardianship petition statute was opened, so the list is not a court form and it names no tribunal rule. Model Rule 1.4(b) requires you to explain the filing so the client can decide. Formal Opinion 512 applies to the file. Model Rule 3.3 applies to any fact from the list that you put in the application. A document that is absent stays marked absent.
