Check a family's draft guardianship paper for unsupported sentences
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- For each citation, record whether it appears in a source the lawyer supplies. For each factual sentence, record whether the file contains it. Do not rewrite the paper.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide what, if anything, is filed. Model Rule 3.3 is the duty of candor if a paper goes to a tribunal. Formal Opinion 512 warns against relying on a citation a tool produced and you have not checked. No state guardianship statute was opened, so the check does not say the draft meets a tribunal's rules. A sentence or a citation that is not in the file or in a source you supply stays out unless you adopt it yourself.
