List the review dates that existing orders already state
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- For each order in the file, list its date, what it decides, and any review date the order itself states. If it states none, say so. Do not add a review period.
- What the lawyer must review
- You decide when a review is due. No statute of guardianship or financial-management review periods was opened, so a date that is not in the order is not supplied. Model Rule 1.4(a)(3) requires you to keep the client informed of the status, and Rule 1.4(b) requires an explanation sufficient to decide. Formal Opinion 512 applies to the orders. A hearing date is the date the order or the notice states.
