List the trial issues for which a direction may be requested
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- List each issue the lawyer names, and the exhibit or transcript page the lawyer assigns. Do not write a direction.
- What the lawyer must review
- You write any direction you request. No pattern instruction was opened, so the list states none. Model Rule 3.3 applies to the direction you propose. Formal Opinion 512 applies before the transcript goes into a tool. Comment 8 to Rule 1.1 is the competence rule for that use. An issue the lawyer has not named is not added.
