- How AI is used
- In the order the lawyer names, list each witness and the exhibit numbers the lawyer assigns. Do not write an opening, a question, or a closing.
- What the lawyer must review
- You conduct the hearing. Rule 16 is the federal disclosure rule for the statements, prior record, and documents described in Rule 16(a). The running sheet does not decide what is admissible. No evidence rule was opened. Model Rule 3.3 applies to a fact you put before the court. Formal Opinion 512 applies before the brief goes into a tool. A witness who is not in the brief or in your instructions is not added.
