Assemble a fact index for construction pleadings or arbitration submissions
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- Index the contract clauses, notices, programme dates, and quantities the lawyer marks, with the document and the page. Write no paragraph of a pleading, a complaint, or a submission.
- What the lawyer must review
- In a United States district court, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11(b) is the certification made by presenting a pleading, written motion, or other paper. The lawyer signs after an inquiry reasonable under the circumstances. The tool writes nothing that is filed. If the same dispute is in arbitration, 9 U.S.C. § 2 makes a written arbitration agreement valid, irrevocable, and enforceable, save on grounds that exist for revocation of any contract or as chapter 4 provides, and the submission is the lawyer’s. Formal Opinion 512 does not move the signature to the tool.
