Build a chronology of default notices and the rent ledger
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- One row per notice and one row per ledger line. Columns are date, document name, amount printed, and the period the document states. Copy the figures. Do not decide whether a default occurred.
- What the lawyer must review
- Texas Property Code Chapter 93 governs a commercial tenancy. It does not authorize cutting off a utility the tenant pays directly, except for a bona fide repair, construction, or an emergency. A rent default is proved from the lease and the ledger, not from that section. You decide whether a default is made out. The forum here may be a state court. Federal pleading rules were not treated as the state's rules.
