Prepare a commercial default or termination notice
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Set the lease's default clause beside the facts: the sum, the clause, the cure period in the lease, and the address for notices. Write no sentence of the notice.
- What the lawyer must review
- The notice must track the lease and the state's commercial statute. Texas Property Code § 93.002 prohibits interrupting utility service that the tenant pays directly to the utility company, except for bona fide repairs, construction, or an emergency, and limits exclusion of the tenant. A lockout in violation of that section can support a sworn reentry complaint under § 93.003. You write and approve the notice. Do not use a residential notice period for commercial property, or the reverse.
