How AI is used
Set each release clause beside this person's other rights. Do not decide that a clause is effective, and do not calculate a refund. Part 13A approval is separate from the signature.
What the lawyer must review
  • Check every clause. The client signs the deed.
  • Decide whether this clause purports to exclude Part 3-5 liability. Such a term is void under s 150.
  • Require section 103R approval. A signature does not replace it.
  • If the person is under a legal incapacity, r 98 approval is also required. You write the affidavit.
