List who attended, and what the financing minutes record, for a disclosure review
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- List the attendees, whether a lawyer is named, and whether the minute records a request for legal advice or a decision. Do not decide that a passage is privileged.
- What the lawyer must review
- Privilege is your judgment. This version does not state a privilege rule, because no privilege statute was opened. What the tool may do is controlled by Opinion 512 and Model Rule 1.6: client information, including board minutes, is confidential, and you do not put it into a tool that trains on inputs or leaks them. Opinion 512 also notes that lawyers use technology to segregate privileged documents in discovery, and that you remain responsible for the check. You decide what may be shown to a lender, an auditor or the other side.
