Compare the lender draft with the borrower's playbook
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Build a table of each lender-draft clause against the playbook position the lawyer supplies. Do not write the return draft.
- What the lawyer must review
- Private-credit paper is often measured against the LSTA private-corporate-credit model of 21 July 2026. The public page describes that model. The clause text is member-only, so compare the draft only with the form the firm is licensed to use and with the playbook positions you mark. Opinion 512 requires you to test a generated comparison on a sample and to keep the draft out of a public tool (Model Rules 1.1 and 1.6). You decide which comments go back.
