Compile the hearing bundle, a chronology, and a draft list of facts
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- Build the bundle index from the exhibits the lawyer has marked, and a chronology of dated documents. Put proposed facts in a separate list, each with an exhibit number. Do not write text for the tribunal to adopt.
- What the lawyer must review
- The lawyer writes anything the tribunal is asked to adopt. 9 U.S.C. § 2 makes the written agreement enforceable on the stated grounds and does not prescribe a bundle. Formal Opinion 512 and Rule 1.6: the bundle contains client information and is assembled in a confidential tool, and the lawyer checks exhibit numbers before the bundle is lodged.
