Table the decision facts for an application the lawyer will write
Key facts
- Human involvement
- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- Columns are the decision date, the decision-maker as printed, and the result in the decision's words. Write no sentence of the application.
- What the lawyer must review
- 5 U.S.C. § 704 limits review to final agency action for which there is no other adequate remedy in a court. Preliminary, procedural, or intermediate action is reviewed with the final action. 5 U.S.C. § 706 states the scope of that review. If the application is a federal pleading, Rule 8(a) requires a short and plain statement of the claim and a demand for relief. You choose the ground and you write the application.
