Review each deployed high-risk system for algorithmic discrimination
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- From the deployment list, record each high-risk system and the date of the last review the file shows. Do not decide that the system is free of algorithmic discrimination.
- What the lawyer must review
- Section 6-1-1703(3)(g) requires a deployer, or a third party the deployer contracts, on or before 1 February 2026 and at least annually after that, to review the deployment of each high-risk system the deployer has deployed, to ensure that the system is not causing algorithmic discrimination. This review is separate from the impact assessment in subsection (3)(a). The lawyer decides whether subsection (6) removes the duty, because subsection (6) removes subsection (3) only when every condition there is met, and decides what the review finds.
