Check a client-supplied computer-generated will against the client's instructions

- RedLawyer-led
- How AI is used
- Place each gift and each office in the generated will next to the instruction the client gave. Do not produce a replacement will.
- What the lawyer must review
- You draft any will that will be signed. No state will-execution statute was opened, so do not state a witness count or a self-proving form. Opinion 512 says you must not rely on unchecked generated text and must keep client facts out of a public tool. Model Rules 1.1 and 1.6 are the duties. Compare the generated will with the instructions. Anything that does not match is for you to raise with the client, not for the tool to repair in a new will.
