How AI is used
The rule is state law, and the lawyer must confirm which state's law governs. For example, Florida Statutes s 736.0813 requires a trustee to keep qualified beneficiaries informed, including notices within 60 days. Record whether the file contains a notice of acceptance of the trust and a notice that the trust is or has become irrevocable, and the dates. Write no notice and do not send one.
What the lawyer must review
The rule is state law, and the lawyer must confirm which state's law governs. For example, Florida Statutes s 736.0813 says the trustee shall keep the qualified beneficiaries reasonably informed. Within 60 days after acceptance, the trustee shall give notice of the acceptance, the trustee's full name and address, and that the fiduciary lawyer-client privilege in section 90.5021 applies. Within 60 days after the trustee acquires knowledge of the creation of an irrevocable trust, or knowledge that a formerly revocable trust has become irrevocable, the trustee shall give notice of the trust's existence, the identity of the settlor, the right to request a copy of the trust instrument, the right to accountings, and that privilege. A qualified beneficiary may request a complete copy. An irrevocable-trust trustee shall provide an accounting at least annually and on termination or change of trustee, with the family-trust-company exception stated in paragraph (1)(d). The definition of qualified beneficiary was not on this page. Paragraph (1)(e) was not fully read and is not stated. This section does not require a statement of judicial advice before a conveyance. The tool writes nothing that is sent.
