How AI is used
From the search results the lawyer supplies, list each hit's mark, goods, registration or serial number, status word as printed, and owner. Add no clearance conclusion.
What the lawyer must review
15 U.S.C. § 1052(d) bars registration of a mark that so resembles a registered mark, or a mark or trade name previously used in the United States by another and not abandoned, as to be likely, when used on or in connection with the applicant's goods, to cause confusion, mistake or deception, subject to the concurrent-registration proviso. Section 1114 is the remedy for infringement of a registered mark. You decide which hits are close and whether use would infringe. A printed status word is not a legal status until you confirm it on the register extract.
