How AI is used
From the claim chart the lawyer has approved, list each asserted claim, each accused product, and the chart row the lawyer has marked, with the page cites already in the chart. Write no sentence of a complaint, an answer, or particulars.
What the lawyer must review
Direct infringement is defined in 35 U.S.C. § 271(a): except as otherwise provided in that title, whoever without authority makes, uses, offers to sell, or sells any patented invention within the United States, or imports it during the term of the patent, infringes the patent. You write the particulars. A paper you present to a federal court is certified under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11, including that the legal contentions are warranted and the factual contentions have evidentiary support. The chart rows are your notes. They are not the pleading.
