How AI is used
Build a list of each request in the notice, the document in the file that may respond, and the date. Leave a blank where the lawyer must decide whether to produce. Write no cover letter.
What the lawyer must review
Model Rule 1.6 applies before documents are placed in a tool or sent outside the firm. Section 45(a)(1) of Title 15 declares unfair methods of competition in or affecting commerce, and unfair or deceptive acts or practices in or affecting commerce, unlawful. Section 45(a)(2) empowers the Commission to prevent persons, partnerships, or corporations from using them, with exceptions the subsection names, including banks. This entry does not list those exceptions and does not treat section 45 as a civil-investigative-demand timetable. Use the deadline printed on the notice.
