Run the pro rata issue timetable
Key facts
- Human involvement
- YellowClose supervision
- How AI is used
- From the announcement date, the record date and the offer closing date, build the business-day calendar for a standard pro rata issue, separately for a renounceable issue and a non-renounceable issue. Move later dates when day 0 or the record date moves. Do not write the announcement or the offer document.
- What the lawyer must review
- The lawyer confirms which timetable applies, reads Listing Rules 7.13, 7.14 and 7.15, and authorises each announcement and lodgement.
- Written for / version

Checklist
- Day 0 is the next business day, and later dates move, if the announcement, the Appendix 3B, and the disclosure document, PDS or s 708AA(2)(f) notice are not done before trading.
- Keep the renounceable rights-trading rows off a non-renounceable issue. The non-renounceable deferred-settlement quotation starts the business day after the offer closes, unless ASX determines otherwise.
- The closing-date extension is before noon Sydney time, three business days before the close, with at least three business days' notice. The offer closes at 5 pm.
- Results, issue, and the Appendix 2A or 3G are before noon Sydney time, no more than five business days after the close. Listing Rules 7.13, 7.14 and 7.15 were not opened.
