Checklist
- Record the deposit fixed under Article 49 for the tribunal and the administration fee, and any separate deposit for a tribunal-appointed expert or a counterclaim.
- Shares are equal in principle, unless there are more than two parties or ACICA fixes another proportion. Interest on the deposit stays with ACICA.
- If the deposit is not paid within 30 days, another party may pay and recover that sum as a debt immediately due. The tribunal may award that debt on application.
- An unpaid deposit can lead to suspension or termination. This ledger is not the costs submission after the award.
