Checklist
- State the charges in clear terms and record the date the notice is given.
- Separate common-benefit, sub-group and individual costs, and say in which situations a class member may bear a share of unrecovered costs.
- Diarise 7 days before the first case management hearing for the notice of disclosure and for any objection.
- Do not include the budget, the funds available, or an assessment of the merits in the copy served on other parties.
