## When to use it

Use when a US client has signed a revocable trust and needs a plain list of the transfers still open. Do not use it to give a tax figure or to state a deed form.

## How AI may be used

A tool may list assets the funding checklist still marks as open, in the client's own asset names.

**AI may:**

- Copy open rows from the checklist into the letter
- Name the form the institution has supplied, if that form is in the file
- Leave the deed row as "the deed for the state where the land sits" until the lawyer has named the form

**AI must not:**

- Must not describe how the deed must be witnessed or notarized
- Must not state a withholding amount
- Must not say the trust is funded
- Must not send the letter

**The lawyer checks:**

- Every asset in the letter is on the checklist
- The deed sentence does not invent state formalities
- A foreign-grantor sentence appears only when the checklist records a foreign grantor, and it follows the IRS page
- The lawyer has read the letter before it goes out
