## How AI may be used

A tool may copy the names and the clause numbers from the trust the lawyer has opened.

**AI may:**

- List each office the trust names, with the clause number
- List successor names in the order the trust prints them
- Flag a signature block on a deed or a form that uses a name the trust does not list

**AI must not:**

- Must not decide that a person has authority the trust does not give
- Must not state a state's rule on trustee resignation or removal
- Must not describe a person as the grantor for tax purposes beyond the IRS page's example

**The lawyer checks:**

- Every office is quoted from the trust, with a clause number
- A deed signatory is one of those names, or the lawyer has written why not
- State trustee statutes are cited or marked unopened
- The foreign-grantor row follows the IRS page and names the document used
