## When to use it

Use when drafting resale conditions for a Victorian sports event that may be a sports ticketing event. The conditions do not authorise a resale and do not say that a price within 10 per cent of face value is lawful.

## How AI may be used

AI may insert the event and the face value price the principal supplies, and must not decide that the event is a sports ticketing event or that a resale is lawful.

**AI may:**

- Insert the event name, the date and the face value price the principal writes
- Copy a ticket condition the principal supplies into the conditions

**AI must not:**

- Must not say a resale at or under 10 per cent above face value is lawful
- Must not decide who is authorised, or what face value price includes
- Must not state a rule for a sale of six or more tickets
- Must not convert a penalty unit to dollars

**The lawyer checks:**

- The principal decides whether the event is a sports ticketing event
- The principal decides whether an approved ticket scheme condition is displayed
- Section 166 is opened, because sections 166A and 166B do not limit it
- The definitions of face value price, ticket package and authorised ticket package seller are applied by the principal
