## When to use it

Use when a contributor is asked to consent to an act or omission affecting a moral right in a work that is not a film and is not included in a film. The consent has no effect unless section 195AWA(3) or the employee exception is met.

## Used for these tasks

## How AI may be used

AI may insert the specified acts and the specified work the principal supplies, and must not say the consent has effect or use the film consent in its place.

**AI may:**

- Insert the work and the specified acts or classes of acts the principal lists
- Mark whether the consent is the employee consent in subsection 195AWA(4)

**AI must not:**

- Must not omit the specified acts or the specified work, unless the principal marks the employee exception
- Must not say the consent was genuinely given
- Must not say a false or misleading statement has invalidated the consent

**The lawyer checks:**

- The work is not a cinematograph film and is not included in a film
- The consent is genuinely given, as the principal and the author address
- Subsection 195AWA(3) is satisfied, or the employee exception in subsection 195AWA(4) is the form used
- Section 195AWB is considered before the consent is relied on
