## When to use it

Use when advising a national, state or club sporting organisation on integrity policies. The policies are published by Sport Integrity Australia under a non-commercial licence: link to them and adopt the official versions; do not republish them.

## How AI may be used

AI may help a sport map its existing rules against the Framework and list gaps, but the official policies must be adopted as published, and the constitutional and member-binding steps are legal work for the lawyer.

**AI may:**

- Map the sport's existing by-laws, codes and member protection policies against the five Framework policies and list gaps and conflicts.
- Build an adoption timetable for national, state and club levels.
- Draft board papers summarising the changes for the lawyer to settle.

**AI must not:**

- Must not rewrite, paraphrase or republish the Framework policies.
- Must not be given complaint files, child safeguarding reports or health information.
- Must not decide whether a member body is bound by the policies.

**The lawyer checks:**

- The current official policy versions are adopted, and the adoption date is recorded.
- Constitutions and membership terms bind members, participants and affiliated bodies to the policies.
- Child safe obligations under state law are met alongside the policies.
- The sport's anti-doping policy is updated for the 2027 Code.
