- Tax file numbers are redacted under clause 5.12 of the Protocols Framework Agreement, and the declaration is the lawyer's
- If an administrator has been appointed, the supporting material is uploaded
- Health information stays in a firm-controlled tool. Check ASCR r 9, APP 11, and whether any disclosure would be a notifiable breach under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
