## How AI may be used

**The lawyer checks:**

- Registered size is taken from the public register, not from a calculation done for the first time in this checklist
- The income figure is consolidated gross operating income for the year, and it is placed in the band the table uses
- A starred financial report or audit report is not treated as required until the alternative-reporting page is read
- The declaration is made by a director, by the secretary of a large corporation, or by a person whose authority comes from a directors' resolution
