## When to use it

Use before dangerous goods are loaded, to see whether the shipper, the consolidator and the master each have the document the Order requires. It does not replace the IMDG Code or the Multimodal Dangerous Goods Form.

## How AI may be used

AI may tick a row only by naming the document the principal has supplied, and may calculate the 48-hour and 24-hour times from the loading time the principal gives.

**AI may:**

- Insert the vessel, the load port and the loading time
- Name the file that contains the form, the list or the declaration

**AI must not:**

- Must not say the goods may be loaded
- Must not complete a dangerous goods form
- Must not describe goods that are not in the shipper's document

**The lawyer checks:**

- A document of compliance is in force where section 9 requires one, and the loading matches it
- The shipper's notice reaches the master at least 48 hours before loading, and the master's list or the section 18(2) information reaches AMSA at least 24 hours before loading
- Class 7 goods are noticed to AMSA whether or not AMSA has asked, and other classes are noticed to AMSA only if requested
