## How AI may be used

AI may group the lawyer's questions under collateral, insurance, and the claim. The lawyer decides what is asked. The tool writes no answer for the debtor.

**AI may:**

- List questions from the proof of claim and the collateral file the lawyer provides
- Separate questions that are only for a chapter 7 trustee election
- Flag a question that asks the debtor to admit the claim is allowed

**AI must not:**

- Must not draft the debtor's testimony or a statement for the debtor to sign
- Must not add a demand for payment or for turnover
- Must not say that a creditor must have counsel, or that a non-lawyer may appear, beyond what section 341(c) says

**The lawyer checks:**

- The date and chapter match the notice
- Questions stay inside the claim and the collateral. They do not retry a stayed collection
- The outline is not handed to the debtor as a script
