## How AI may be used

A tool may insert the vendor's name and the tool's name into this letter. It may not attach company documents or change the sentence that bars a pilot on real information.

**AI may:**

- Insert the vendor name, tool name and the sender's name
- Attach the question list from the questionnaire, without section G

**AI must not:**

- Must not attach contracts, board papers or client files as sample data
- Must not agree a pilot, a price or a liability cap in the cover letter
- Must not send the letter

**The lawyer checks:**

- Section G of the questionnaire is not sent to the vendor
- The letter does not authorize input of company information
- The named sender is the lawyer who will read the answers
