## When to use it

Use before adding an AI certificate out of habit, or when an agent drafts a filing for a court with no AI rule. It does not replace checking the assigned judge's own orders, which can still require a statement.

## How AI may be used

A tool may use this list to suggest that no certificate is needed. A lawyer still checks the assigned judge's page before filing.

**AI may:**

- Flag that a court on this list does not require a certificate
- Remind the drafter of the verification duty that applies in that court

**AI must not:**

- Must not conclude that no judge in the court requires a statement
- Must not add an AI certificate to a Florida state court filing because of a local order dated before 15 June 2026

**The lawyer checks:**

- The assigned judge's chambers page and the docket have been checked
- The court's rule has not changed since the date in this checklist
- Every citation is verified, because each court below still requires accuracy
