## When to use it

Use when building a review-rights and time-limit table from a decision letter for an application under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977 (Cth). It does not say the application is in time.

## How AI may be used

AI may set out the section 11 arithmetic from dates on the decision letter, and must not say the application is in time or that time has expired.

**AI may:**

- Enter the date the decision was made and the date a document setting out the terms was furnished, both taken from the letter
- Show the twenty-eighth day after the trigger day the principal marks, as arithmetic only

**AI must not:**

- Must not decide which paragraph of subsection 11(3) applies
- Must not say the court should allow further time, or that a reasonable time has passed
- Must not invent a court form or a service method
- Must not paraphrase sections 13, 13A or 14 beyond the trigger words in section 11

**The lawyer checks:**

- The principal decides whether paragraph 11(1)(c) applies to this decision
- The trigger day under subsection 11(3) is chosen by the principal
- Any request for further time is framed by the principal
- The Federal Court Rules and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2) Rules are opened before a form is used
