Model Rule 1.6 bars putting the account into a public tool. Opinion 512 is the same confidentiality duty. If the account will be used in a federal criminal case, 18 U.S.C. § 3771 gives the victim a right to be reasonably heard at specified proceedings and a right to be treated with fairness and respect for dignity and privacy. Those rights do not authorise a generated narrative. |
