## Checks the lawyer makes

1. A will that is executed in accordance with the Act is validly executed even if one or more witnesses did not know that the document attested and signed was a will.

3. A witness who did not know the document was a will is not, for that reason alone, treated as an ineffective witness.
4. The lawyer decides whether the will was executed in accordance with the Act.
