## Checks the lawyer makes

1. Run both one-quarter tests, and the two-person floor where there is more than one owner and the calculated quorum would be under two.
2. Count a duly appointed proxy. Do not build the proxy register on this sheet.
3. If the half-hour has passed with no quorum, the chairperson either adjourns for at least 7 days or declares those present a quorum.
4. For an adjourned meeting, those present after the next half-hour are a quorum. Notice of the resumed meeting is at least 1 day, under clause 20.
