4. If a generative tool touched a New South Wales ground, the lawyer verifies each citation without using a generative tool, as PIC13 paragraph 19 requires.

## Notes

- No Queensland Industrial Relations Commission or Victorian court generative-AI practice note was opened. If the appeal is filed in a court, check that court's current note.
- The tool writes no witness statement and no ground.
- If health or wage records leave the firm-controlled tool, decide whether a Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) breach is notifiable.
