3. In New South Wales, the weekly-payments warning is recorded as the statute's statement. The lawyer decides what to tell the client.
4. In Queensland, do not state who must appoint a coordinator until the lawyer has the regulation.

## Notes

- These are suggested working checks. Confirm the required checking with the responsible lawyer before work starts; the checking approach does not establish permission to use AI.
- Health and client information stays in a firm-controlled tool. A public tool is not used.
- The rateable-remuneration amount in the Victorian section is indexed. The printed figure was not used as the current threshold.
- The Queensland regulation that sets the appointment criteria and the coordinator's functions was not opened.
