## Checks the lawyer makes

1. Match the batch, serial or lot identifier on the goods to the invoice and to any recall notice on the file.
2. Keep the packaging, marks, instructions and warnings. They are circumstances in s 9(2).
3. Search the recall register linked from the ACCC product-safety page. Do not treat a recall as proof of a safety defect.
4. Do not load injury photographs or a client's health information into a public tool.
