3. In New South Wales, look for a connection between the employment and the accident, not only for the fact of the commute, and only for a journey on or after 19 June 2012.
4. Do not apply the New South Wales guide to an exempt worker. That page was not opened.

## Notes

- Queensland's two official pages use different words for delays and deviations. Both are recorded. Neither states a section number.

- If health or wage records leave the firm-controlled tool, decide whether a Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) breach is notifiable.
