## Checking plan

**Listing agenda**

The lawyer settles the orders. The tool builds the agenda from the practice note and the existing orders.

- What the AI does: From the orders and the practice note the lawyer identifies, list the items the court expects to be addressed at the next listing, and the date each item falls due. The tool does not write consent orders.
- What the lawyer does: The lawyer decides which orders to seek and writes any minutes that are filed. A practitioner who attends must be briefed on the whole timetable. Check the list practice note for the deadline to submit consent minutes. Do not put confidential or sensitive material into a public AI tool.
- Who reviews: Responsible lawyer with competence in the matter
- Basis: Practical workflow informed by the linked primary sources; the traffic light and working checks are editorial guidance, not a court classification.
- Why: The level reflects what the work is, the consequence of an error, and how much of the output the lawyer must independently re-derive.

## Checks the lawyer makes

1. Read the latest orders on the court file before relying on the agenda.
2. Match each agenda item to a paragraph of the practice note or a rule.
3. Confirm who will attend and that they can answer questions on the timetable.
4. If the hearing may be vacated on the papers, meet the court's deadline for consent minutes.

## Notes

- These are suggested working checks. Confirm the required checking with the responsible lawyer before work starts; the checking approach does not establish permission to use AI.
