| How AI is used | List each demand in the notice, the date printed on it, and whether the papers say the entity is a school, a program receiving federal financial assistance, or a place of public accommodation. Write no response. |
| What the lawyer must review | 29 U.S.C. § 794 says no otherwise qualified individual with a disability shall, solely by reason of that disability, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance, or under any program or activity conducted by an executive agency or the United States Postal Service. 42 U.S.C. § 12182 says no individual shall be discriminated against on the basis of disability in the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages or accommodations of any place of public accommodation. Discrimination there includes a failure to make reasonable modifications in policies when necessary, unless the entity shows a fundamental alteration, and a failure to provide auxiliary aids and services unless that would fundamentally alter the good or service or result in an undue burden. You decide which statute, if either, the notice is about. The response is yours. This is not an NDIS Commission notice. |

## Checking plan

- What the AI does: List each demand in the notice, the date printed on it, and whether the papers say the entity is a school, a program receiving federal financial assistance, or a place of public accommodation. Write no response.
- Basis: Checked against the linked sources on 22 October 2026. Confirm the current instrument before reliance.

## Notes

- Title I of the ADA and the EEOC charge process were not used for this notice. Employment is a different statute.
- The direct-threat sentence in § 12182 was opened. It is a significant risk to the health or safety of others that cannot be eliminated by a modification or by auxiliary aids. The tool does not apply it.
