The words remain the person's. You do not file generated text as the claimant's account, whether the forum is the Social Security Administration or an employer accommodation file. Medical detail is protected by Model Rule 1.6. Formal Opinion 512 requires independent verification and does not let a tool stand in for the person's recollection. |
