| How AI is used | For each claim document in the file, list the creditor, the amount the document states, and the writing it attaches. Do not sign a proof of claim and do not state what will be paid. |
| What the lawyer must review | Bankruptcy Rule 3001(a): a proof of claim is a written statement of the creditor’s claim and must substantially conform to Form 410. Rule 3001(b): only a creditor or the creditor’s agent may sign a proof of claim, except as Rules 3004 and 3005 provide. Rule 3001(c)(1): if a claim, or an interest in the debtor’s property securing the claim, is based on a writing, a copy is filed with the proof of claim, except a claim based on a consumer-credit agreement under paragraph (c)(4). If the writing has been lost or destroyed, a statement explaining the loss or destruction is filed with the claim. The Official Form 410 page states that the form is effective on 1 December 2024. The PDF of the form was not opened, so this version does not describe its declaration. 11 U.S.C. § 726(a)(1) distributes property of the estate first to claims of the kind specified in § 507, on the timely-filing terms that paragraph states. The tool does not apply that order. |

## Checking plan

- What the AI does: For each claim document in the file, list the creditor, the amount the document states, and the writing it attaches. Do not sign a proof of claim and do not state what will be paid.
- Basis: Checked against the linked sources on 22 October 2026. Confirm the current instrument before reliance.

## Notes

- The working schedule is not a proof of claim and it is not a dividend.
- In an individual case, Rule 3001(c)(2) and Form 410A add items this extract does not complete. The lawyer reads those paragraphs before a proof is filed.
- Section 726 is a chapter 7 distribution rule. A chapter 11 plan pays under the plan, which was not applied here.
