| How AI is used | From invoices raised after the case began, list the date, the supplier, the amount, and which opened head the description matches. Do not decide that the expense is allowed and do not decide that anyone is personally liable. |
| What the lawyer must review | You decide which head to request, and the court allows an administrative expense after notice and a hearing. 11 U.S.C. § 503(a) says an entity may timely file a request for payment of an administrative expense, or may file it late if the court permits for cause. Section 503(b)(1)(A) includes, as actual, necessary costs and expenses of preserving the estate, wages, salaries, and commissions for services rendered after the commencement of the case, and wages and benefits awarded as back pay attributable to a period after commencement, as a result of a violation of federal or state law by the debtor, if the court determines that payment will not substantially increase the probability of layoff or termination of current employees, or of nonpayment of domestic support obligations, during the case. Section 503(b)(1)(B) and (C) are tax and tax-penalty heads. Section 503(b)(2) is compensation and reimbursement awarded under section 330(a), which is a different allowance. The opened list does not include goods bought, property hired, or money borrowed as separate heads. 11 U.S.C. § 365(d)(3) is a different duty: the trustee shall timely perform the debtor's obligations, except those in section 365(b)(2), arising from and after the order for relief under an unexpired lease of nonresidential real property, until assumption or rejection, notwithstanding section 503(b)(1). That cross-reference does not decide that the performance is an allowed administrative expense, and it does not impose personal liability. |

## Checking plan

- What the AI does: From invoices raised after the case began, list the date, the supplier, the amount, and which opened head the description matches. Do not decide that the expense is allowed and do not decide that anyone is personally liable.
- Basis: Checked against the linked sources on 22 October 2026. Confirm the current instrument before reliance.

## Notes

- A request is timely, or late only if the court permits for cause. The list does not decide that the expense is allowed.
- Lease performance under section 365(d)(3) is notwithstanding section 503(b)(1). It is not itself a finding that the expense is allowed.
