You decide whether a ground applies and whether a waiver is available. The tool writes none of the filing. EOIR Policy Memorandum 25-40 does not impose a blanket ban on tools in immigration court, and a fabricated citation is a professional-conduct problem under 8 C.F.R. § 1003.102(c). |
