## Checks the lawyer makes

1. Take the due date from the Commission's letter, and record the 60-day assessment period only as the period the page describes.
2. Mark separately whether the provider wants the response withheld from the complainant. The page says that request must be express.
3. Do not release records until the lawyer is satisfied the Commission needs them, or a notice under section 21A or 34A has been issued.
4. No sentence from the index is copied into the response.
